When my IPhone X is on Lock Screen, none of my Notifications come through, however I was reading that if I Turn Off my Bluetooth, the Notifications come through. This is correct, that does work on my phone
I see that the last post on this issue, that I’ve noticed is March 2018.
Has anyone been contacted or know of a Fix?

If you get notifications when you have bluetooth off, but not on, that means that when it's on, your phone is actively connected to a bluetooth peripheral that supports A2DP audio streaming. All alerts will go to the bluetooth device it's connected to.
If you're not using that device (which you're obviously not or you would hear the alerts), turn it off.
Absolutely. That's how it's supposed to work. When you're wearing the watch, notifications go to the watch, not the phone.
