Can we delete Hidden Purchases?

I am trying to permanently delete old music that i have hidden. Its piling up to a huge amount and i would love to just get rid of it.

Its just music that i dont listen to anymore and i am not interested in having it on my account at all.

No, it is only possible to hide purchases, not delete them from your purchase history.
