When we remove MDM policy from iOS device, the order of the apps is not same as it was before applying MDM policy. For eg. Let's suppose, at the time of applying MDM we have 10 apps in the iPhone and they all are arranged alphabetically or according to their purpose. When MDM policy is removed, the order of the app gets changed.
The apps are no more in the same order as they used to be earlier. Can anyone suggest the reason behind it or any workaround for this?

I don’t see why that should be a problem! You can simply long press on the applications and move them around. Are you looking to arrange it for some other way?
