Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am not sure how I enabled this setting but every time I open a new page or reload, the reading list/bookmarks sidebar opens on the left side of my screen. I was wondering if anyone knows how to stop it from automatically opening so that I don't have to manually close it every single time I load or refresh a page.

Is the Sidebar open before reloading or going to a new web site? If so, if you close it before reload/opening a new site, does it stay closed?
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply.
