Is there any way to select a track in Logic X using a control surface without having the plugin window of that track automatically opening? I'm using an X touch, but I hear the same thing happens with Fader Ports also.
Thats not it. It worked with no issues before. Tracking down what the problem is with other guys that are having the issue, and it might have something to do with the Native Instruments MIDI keyboard. Going to run some experiments, and see what comes of it.
You need to program your device to select the track, not a plugin. How that is done depends on the control surface. I'd contact the developer of the control surface and check with them.
