Can’t hear any sound from my iPhone.

i can’t hear any sound from my iphone and i can’t plug any headphones into my phone. do i need to go get it fixed?

Then i suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
