support for restore
my phone will not restore and restart even after going to the site it suggest and trying to restart.

Were you able to get your iPhone X into Recovery Mode? You do this by quickly pressing and releasing up volume, then press and release down volume, then press and keep held down the power button until it shows you an iTunes icon on the iPhone X:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Once you do that you can plug it into a Windows computer or a Mac that has the latest iTunes open on the screen and then iTunes on the computer will give you a popup message asking to restore.
If you don't have a computer with the latest iTunes you'll need to find someone who does or have the Apple Store Genius Bar do this for free.
