My iPod classic has some minor scratches on the back of it.
Otherwise its in perfect condition.(
(It was the last model sold and I keep it in a case)
Has anyone successful polished the back of a iPod classic? (Or a device with a similar finish
All I saw pervious posted on this topic were some generic instructions.
Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish. They sell it in the auto section of Walmart. Gets the smallest size.
You'll also need a lot time and cotton balls or soft rags.
Don't use anything with paper in it. That will scratch the metal
When you're done the iPod will shine like a mirror.
I'd leave it alone.

I agree that not messing it up is the #1 priority.
I'll eventually find a safe solution.
