Can not connect to Planet Fitness WiFi(unsecure) w/iphone 8S

I've been member @ Local Planet Fitness for 4+ years since last week I can not log-in sign in to their WiFi P.F. applelet. Tried everything and the Fitness Staff have yet to solve my problem. I have not problem accessing Wifi at MaxFitness or hospitals, doctors offices, stores.

What settings are keeping my iPhone 8S from accepting Planet Fitness applet (unsecure WiFi).

I'm just using WiFi for music, You Tube/Music, Pandora, fitness apps.

Did something happen at the last iOS SW update.

Searching for answers.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you have not been able to connect to a specific Wi-Fi network. Forgetting the network and then connecting to it again may help. These steps will walk you through the process:

Tap Settings > Wi-Fi then tap the i in the circle to the right of the gym's Wi-Fi name.
Tap Forget This Network. Then try to connect to the Wi-Fi network again.
