My iPhone is disabled

If it is disabled by entering wrong passcode multiple times, then no one can help you, except yourself.

All you have to do is to connect your iPhone with iTunes and restore it as new. That's it. There's no way out of this issue.

If you are the first owner of this phone, then someone set up an Apple ID and password. See if this helps you recover it: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid. If not, get an appointment at an Apple Store for help. You will need the original purchase receipt to prove you are the owner and they should help remove the lock for you.

Is this a second hand phone that you have? If so, you need to contact the prior owner to remove their Apple ID and password.

If you can’t recover the Apple ID, then there is nothing you can do. The phone is useless to you.
