can't login to Apple ID

It requires an Apple verification code to be entered from my phone, but there is nowhere offered to enter it on the screen of the laptop. I have been unable to login to Apple ID through the App Store and iTunes on the laptop as a result.

MacBook Air 13", OS X 10.10

If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123.
