One of my Airpods won't pair with a device

I got a pair of Airpods earlier this month and they've been working great. I was using them just last night and they were working fine. I took them out and put them back into their case to charge. After taking them off the charger and putting them back in, only the left Airpod was pairing with my device. After charging and resetting them several times it still won't pair. When I have both the right and left Airpod in the case, the light flashes green, but when I take the right one out it's solid green. Also when I attempt to disconnect and reconnect my Airpods to my phone, I never get the amber light, it immediately flashes to green. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
