About iCloud in China (operated by GCBD) and Apple Transparency Reports

For Chinese Apple ID, iCloud is operated by GCBD. In Chinese version of Government and Law Enforcement Information (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/law-enforcement-guidelines-outside-us-cn.pdf), I noticed there is a GCBD’s separated Email for law enforcement request (china_police_requests@gzdata.com.cn) for Chinese iCloud users. I would like to know whether requests to GCBD included in Apple’s transparency report?
