Today I noticed that iMessage that a recevied a couple of days ago, disappeared, although I didn` delete it. What happened? Could the person who sent me this message make an "unsend" ? It`s weird that the only one message is missing.

There is no "unsend" option in iMessage.
How old was this message. You may have deleted it accidentally.
Also please check your settings: Settings > Messages > Keep Messages > [30 Days / 1 Year/ Forever.]
