Not enough storage

My phone keeps telling me that I don’t have enough storage. I put my most photo on

icloud and google. I’ve delete apps that I don’t use. I bought more storage. My apps are not using that much storage. I don’t download music on my phone. The storage that being use says other. My system is showing too much storage. Please help.
