Trying to import some SVG fonts that I purchased to use with my cutting machine and FontBook won’t allow me to import them into my library. Any suggestions?

Need to know if FontBook will accept these SVG fonts if I have updated Mojave. FontBook will not allow me to import them into its library.

TIA,

So they were monogram fonts I bought in a bundle of several. So they would be your classic ones like for instance the circle monogram font where each letter, left, right, center is individually downloaded. They downloaded fine, just won't transfer into my FontBook which has to be done first before my cutting machine can even use them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to try and help me,

How are you trying to do that exactly??

Two standard methods:

+double click on the font file and then click on the Install button.

+manually drag the font files into the Library/Fonts folder or Home/Library/Fonts. (In order to get to Home/Library you have to hold down the option key while doing Finder > Go.
