I got my iPhone X a couple of days ago and strait out of the box it charges extremely slowly. It seems to charge at a rate of about 10% per hour. I’ve tried using other cords and chargers, I’ve tried restarting and the charging port is clean. Help me out! I paid for it and it seems useless. Please do something.

If it is only charging at 10% an hour, something is wrong. However, start with this:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge
If no help, have it checked: Find Locations

P.S. Apple no long sells the iPhone X. Did you get it second hand?

iPhone X charging very slowly after I updated my software and sometimes the battery gets stuck at same percentage.
