Have emails on iPad and iPhone but cannot get on Mac Pro. it asks for password for Outlook and Optonline Accounts

Emails for Optonline and Outlook accounts work on iPad and iPhone 6s but not on Mac Pro. What do I do?

Use the Mail>Window>Connection Doctor


Delete the account and add it back in if necessary.
