I am trying to make a purchase on an app for my son and keep getting the message that purchase could not be completed.

Here are some things to double check:
- Make sure you are signed into an Apple ID with either a credit card, or a gift card balance.
- Make sure you are properly connected to the internet.
- Restart your iPhone just to see if that will work out any bugs.
