Sound is coming out of my ear speaker instead of the out loud speaker

Under normal operation, sound should come out of both the earpiece and loud speaker. If audio is only coming out of the earpiece, its possible the large speaker is damage. I would try everything you can think of to get sound to come out of the larger speaker (check alert sounds, music, phone calls, etc.) just to ensure it's not a software problem. If it does turn out to be a hardware problem, you should set up a Genius Bar appointment to have the pros check it out.
