i need help please tell me how to fix this

in elementary school i was given a school ipad and after i graduated i was told i was aloud to keep it by multiple teachers but the thing is its disabled and cant be accessed cause its being supervised i wanna know how to get it unlocked and factory reset so i can use it and nit have to pay a load of money for a new one this ipad is in great condition and id hate for it to go to waste
