Hello, I’m using Apple Watch 4 weeks already, and since first week I’ve got allergic. It’s stars with small dots and now I have quiet huge spot. I’m quiet upset because it’s mention that those band are anti allergic.

They say it is hypoallergenic, there is no substance for bands that absolutely no one is allergic to. You need to see an allergist immediately and have them assess your situation. You may have a nickel allergy that you are not aware of.
Stop wearing it immediately. You should look for a band that is a different material. the sports band for instance or one of the metal bands.
