I'm looking for a way to access a log of my full FaceTime call history.
I know that you can access the most recent FaceTime calls on iPhone/iPad within the Phone app, but I need call receipts dating further back.
Any help on this topic would be very much appreciated.

Can you please specify how far back? Nevertheless...
iPhone stores around 1000 call lines but only 100 are displayed in the Phone app. As you delete few, the same amount of lines from its database will popup.
What do I mean by Lines (Explained in the pic below )
If it is not available in the FaceTime app, then it is not available. There is no other location for that information. No one would have any access to that information, it is not saved. FaceTime is a data usage, so there is no tracking of that, besides the Recents on the iOS device.
I figured this might be the case, but wanted to clarify anyway.
