My Microphone Isn't Detected In macOS After Installing Windows via Boot Camp

I just installed Windows 10 on a partition created by Boot Camp, everything is working. However, when I boot back in macOS and try to use Siri, it says "Siri Not Available No microphone was found." I checked System Preferences to see if it was an issue I could fix, but it isn't detected there either! I checked in some more places I knew there would be a microphone required, it wasn't detected AT ALL ANYWHERE. Please help with this problem. I'm constantly using Hey Siri and the lack of a detected microphone is going to be really difficult to deal with.

I'm using a 2018 13" MacBook Air.
