2 month old iPad Pro not working
I got a new iPad Pro at the end of March this year, and today after having it locked for a few mins, I went to use it again and cannot turn it on. Complete black screen. I thought it might be the battery, which would have been odd as I had 70% (ish) the last time I used it a few mins previously. I have tried charging it for an hour, and still nothing. I have also tried 2 ways of rebooting it:
- by pressing the lock button and both volume buttons
- by pressing the up volume, then down volume, then holding down lock button.
not sure what else I can do to get it working. Anyone have any ideas? Incredibly annoying as it’s basically brand new.
