I was sent a e apple gift store card as part of apple give back. It is in my wallet. How do I use it on iTunes? Please be aware that all instructions say I have to enter a number beginning in ‘x’. I don’t have one of those. I have a PIN number and a long gift card number. Help.

If it is an iTunes gift card, you can redeem it per this guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201209
If it is an Apple Store gift card, you cannot use it in iTunes, but it is good at Apple Stores to buy AirPods, etc.
