Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Watch Face

My question is how come my Mickey Mouse doesn’t speak even though I turn off the silent mode and turn on the tap to speak on my setting.

Sometimes you have to change the face to a different one and then back. Hear Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse speak the time - Apple Support
