Mirror my phone on my iwatch

My iwatch is not mirroring my iphone

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

I would suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 5.2.1and your iphone is running ios 12.3.1. Finally Unpair your Watch and repair it.

The top left should have my favorite contact and the middle should have my Nike run app. When I go to the My Watch app on my phone it appears to be connected
