Apple watch battery life
After the latest watch update my apple watch 3 no longer holds a charge. This is even after a full nights charge. What can I do? I have already powered it off and on and that did nothing.

You might want to wipe it clean and start all over again.
Don't load the backup. It will be a minor PIA reconfiguring the watch but the data is safe (it's duplicated in the iPhone).
