I bought it from my friend like 3 weeks ago and I found out yesterday I can get Apple care I didn’t know about it and I’m going on vacation for a couple of days and I wanna have apple care on my phone just Incase anything happens
If your friend originally purchased it more than 60 days ago, it's no longer eligible.
You have to purchase AppleCare or AppleCare+ within 60 days of buying the phone. Since the iPhone X has been discontinued since last fall, I'm guessing it's no longer eligible.
If you purchased a refurbished iPhone X from the online Apple Store it is $129 within the first 60 days.
