D-Link DAP-1360 No internet connection

When connecting to the D LINK DAP 1360 I gey no internet connection using my apple products

however my visit using their Samsung can easily connect

why is this ?

i tried restart the my network , but this does not help.

Please help !!

Check for a firmware update for the router. Was it provided to you by your internet company or did you purchase it yourself?
