Someone just called and said

do not open any bank account because my iCloud has been compromised

Apple Support Communities "contains user submitted content, and is for informational purposes only."


The phone call you received is not from Apple, it is a scammer who is phishing for your Apple ID credentials. Just ignore it. Apple will not cold call a customer with that information.
