Hey, So my iPad mini has a screen issue like Flickering Up & Down and i had a replacement screen but it didn't work and i follow other tutorial like Erase, Soft Reset.
Maybe one of you can help me.

It is probably the equivalent of the graphic’s card in the device dying.
You may be money ahead to just consider your device on its last legs and replace it if you can. If not, keep it backed up regularly because when the screen totally goes there will be little to no warning.
