my apple ID is not accepted by iTune Store. How should I do?

I have been trying to do update apps which are outdated. But I can’t do it now. Verification required issue came up and required me to do payment method. But there is not any options of payment method in my country (Myanmar) yet. So I choose “None Option.” But I can’t complete my appleid. At the final step of filling the blanks of billing information, it required me (with red color sentence) to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction.
