Change of xxx@icloud.com email alias adress

Hi,

how can I change the alias of an Apple ID email adress that is in icloud.com domain?

I do not use it anywhere.

About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support explains how to "add, change, or delete the different types of email addresses that you can use with your Apple ID account."

iCloud: Use email aliases in iCloud Mail should help you change/delete an alias.

Maybe I did not write correctly. I want to change my previous Apple ID email. Now I use Gmail as Apple ID and I have a legacy one some_name@icloud.com from 2013 I do not use and would like to change so some other name.

There is an option to delete durrent account and create new, but maybe there is a way to change it without deletion.
