Restriction on Apple Pay

I was trying to accept a $30 payment from my friend on apple pay and it ended up setting a restriction on my apple pay and won’t let me accept the payment now. I haven’t had any trouble with this in the past and have been able to send and receive money with no problem, but all of the sudden it gave me an issue. How do I fix this and receive my payment?
