My apple watch 4 lte 44 mm battery draining very fast .. it’s losing about 5 per cent per hour.. I don’t know wats the issue done reset, re- pair, background refresh off, greyscale ON,,,everything...I don’t know wat to do.. terrible battery.. unsatisfied completely.

As it is still under warranty take back to your local Apple store. They can then examine it
