Siri doesnot respond

My Siri is not responding and i am using older version of OS.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10

Hello. It means that the microphone responsible for Siri that is located under the speaker grill is broken. Or a software bug that caused this mic to be unresponsive.

Try to record a from-facing video saying something. How is the sound? If it's bad, you have to restore your iPhone in a recovery mode.

Connect to iTunes, create a backup, and follow the instructions from the article below:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Set it up as new and test again. If the issue persists, schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or an Authorized Service Provider. You can't repair it yourself.
