iTunes problem

Hello every one, i want to back up my iPhone on my windows 10 laptop but when i do this i get this message " i tunes could not back up the iPhone because the back up session failed " i'm try to solve this issue with remove old back up, i removed also iTunes and install it again, download updates so how i can fix this problem?

i haven't any back up for my data now.
