Half of iPhone X Screen Low Res. & Green

My iPhone X, which I’ve had for a year and a half now, is riddle with cracks on the screen, very superficial. Although, I was talking an the phone yesterday and when I finished the call I looked at my screen and half of it is pulled downward, for example if there were to a straight line horizontally going across the screen the left half would be lower than the right. Along with every yellow tone is green, and extremely low resolution along with a few lines of dead pixels. It’s still fully functional even where the dead pixels are. Typing this post right now half of the screen is turquoise green. I tried resetting it multiple times and nothing.

Is this something internal, can be fixed? Or am I hopeless and gotta drop $1000 for a new phone?
