Hi Egispays,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. As I understand, when your iPhone gets warmer than normal, you may be seeing a "Connect to iTunes" screen.

Check out this page for some reasons the iPhone could be warm: Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures.

Have you tried any of the steps on this page? If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

You may also want to check you battery health: iPhone Battery and Performance.

Have a fantastic day!

Hi Egispays,

Thanks for the further details. This article has steps that may be able to help with your frozen screen: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen.

You may still want to check your battery health if you can get your iPhone to boot up.

If you can't, contact support.

Have a nice weekend!
