How can I tell if my phone has been hacked?

That was a phishing call. Apple will not call you to tell you that your account has been hacked. The number was spoofed to make it appear that it was from Apple. It was not. If you gave them any information about your Apple ID, you should change the password immediately. If you didn't, there's nothing to worry about.
Have you ever jailbroken it? Have you ever allowed someone else to have access to it unlocked for an extended period of time? If the answer to both of those questions is "No", your phone has not been hacked.
Why do you think it might have been?
I received a ball indentified as from Apple with the correct phone number, but vague responses to my questions. The auto response said my security was breached. I pressed “1” to get more information & the person who answered ask if I had access to my computer. When I said no, he seemed surprised. I hung up and check in with Apple Support @ community.
