In the Apple Weather app, what does the percentage below the time and above the "rain" icon mean at the top of the screen? (see percentages with a red square around them in the attachment below)
Also, what's the difference between these percentages and the "Chance Of Rain" percentage? (see percentages with a red square around them in the attachment below)

So you're saying that the "Chance Of Rain" percentage and the percentages at the top, do not represent the same thing?
As time changes, so are the chances.
