Battery Draining Fast in iPhone 7

I'm from Bangladesh. My iPhone 7 battery draining fast after updating IOS 12.3.1 & battery health maximum capacity is now 85%, please advise what to do, thanks

Basic troubleshooting:


Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore to factory settings.

I have already been through all the troubleshooting steps and turned off any background reset. I’ve powered down &back up again twice. It says my 50% of my battery usage is photos background activity. My battery health is 88% and after unplugging it at approximately 6:30 AM, it is at 30% by 9:00AM. Very significant difference since upgrade to 12.3.1 overnight a couple of days ago. Not using iCloud. Everything that could be draining is set to off.
