I just want to use Wallet for boarding passes, not purchases

I have an iPhone 7. My boarding passes are already in it but I cannot use them because the screen is blocked by an un-dismissable "Pay with Touch ID using Apple Pay. Make purchases in stores... Add Card"

If I click Add Card, I need to set up Touch ID and Passcode, which I don't want to do.

Is there a way to use Wallet without all that stuff? (I have paper boarding pass, so I'll be OK for this trip)
