Deleting Game Data For Rise Of Kingdoms

I have followed the instructions here on deleting the game data for Rise of Kingdoms so they can start the game over.

System Preferences -> iCloud -> Manage Storage -> Select the Backed Up Game -> "Delete Documents and Data

But every time they put the app back on it continues the old game.

I have tried searching through iCloud to figure out where the data is being kept but can't find it at all.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I turned off iCloud Drive, iCloud Backup, deleted the game, reinstalled...did it several times but the same game data is used every time I reinstall the game.

I've even gone to iCloud . com and tried to find where the data is but can't see anything beyond it showing storage for some pictures & a few books but no game data.

I can d/l the game on my iPad Pro for her to restart but the device is too big for her hands to handle so it's the iPad Air I need to fix. I'm obviously doing something wrong & this is very frustrating.
