Apple ID locked due to security reason

I cannot unlock my Apple ID as I don't remember security questions.

My password looks ok but I am redirecting to the page to verify my identity. I had not configure 2-factor authorization and my email a is an email of my Apple ID so that I cannot get the link to unlock my account.

Is it possible to contact security team directly to unlock my Apple ID ? What the information should be provided in addition ?

Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
