software update

Does anyone know what to do when your iphones wont let you call or text or use cellular data until you complete software update but it will not let me how do I go about fixing this problem?

There are two major Updates in an iOS:

  1. iOS Update: Released by Apple Inc basically for improvements, security and bug fixes

  1. Carrier Update: Released by your Cellular Service provider (Carrier Update), affects your Outgoing / Incoming calls, SMS etc..
