The security questions aren't mine I tried to change them and it said I had to give former security answers It doesn't have my correct birthday! It locks me out As a result' I can't set up messenger for Facebook

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
