I cant add new credit card at apple .
And also i dont want to cancel a subscription to icloud because i will loose 200gb of Data.
The credit card is stolen that i have inserted and **** it still telling me like this :
one or more of your payment methods require verification....pls help -nobody is answering for the last 8h to apple support

Others have fixed this by contacting iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
You need to go specially to your subscription locatuon to add the new credit card ....Apple check pls this situation ! It is so stupid !!!!!!
Why you dont you update the paylent information for all your APPLE ID payments! So stupid from such a trilion dolllar company pffff

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
